Medical Sales Representative

Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare action/sales plans and schedules to identify potential customer leads (wholesalers, retail chains, doctors etc.)
- Follow up with new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
- Present and sell company products to existing and potential customers.
- Successfully introduce and establish new products into the market.
- Manage excellent customer relations through regular phone calls and follow-up visits.
- Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, and follow-ups to be reviewed periodically with the management team
- Provide a daily status update to management on sales activity- Assist the finance team in collecting payments
Role Requirements:
- Mandatory experience as a Medical Sales Representative (Minimum 1-2yr)
- Preferably based near Nakuru, Kisumu, or Eldoret areas.
- Proficiency in English and Swahili
- Good knowledge of MS Office and other IT skills
- Thorough understanding of sales, marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passionate about sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Working days: Monday – Saturday
